1. CUSTOMER / CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
By booking our video game bus the customer is responsible for all damages relating to the vehicle,
consoles, monitors and games (including damage and or theft).
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
The client has 7 before schedule reservation to cancel and receive a deposit refund. Less than 7
days the deposit will be held for 2 weeks for a rescheduling within that same year.
3. ARRIVAL AND RESERVATION START TIME
If the bus arrives on time (15 min before scheduled reservation) and can not start on time
because of parking issues or any other reason out of our control, the reservation start time will
remain in effect.

4. Wi-Fi and online Internet based Games

We provide free internet/Wi-Fi, however our connection and speeds are only as good as the clients cellular towers at their locations.  There may be times that we have to connect directly to the clients router for a more fast and stable connection. We are not responsible for online basted games that are not installed on our systems. This includes last minute game updates and or the failure for games to not work or fail to load.
